SORELLE STUDIO POLICIES + GUIDELINES
Our studio was thoughtfully created to be a place where you can move, restore, and reconnect. These Studio Policies are intended to preserve the quality of every member's experience while establishing clear expectations for the use of our facilities, services, memberships, and wellness offerings.
These Studio Policies form part of the agreement between you and Sorelle Studio LLC ("Sorelle Studio," "we," "our," or "us") and apply to all members, guests, visitors, workshop attendees, and clients utilizing our Pilates, wellness, spa, recovery, retail, or other studio services.
By purchasing a membership, booking a class or appointment, entering our premises, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Studio Policies.

In the event of any conflict, the Membership Agreement and Terms of Service shall govern.
Sorelle Studio reserves the right to modify these Studio Policies at any time. The most current version published on our website shall control.

Sorelle Studio welcomes members and guests seeking Pilates instruction, wellness services, massage therapy, recovery experiences, retreats, workshops and community events.
Participation in any class, service or event is subject to availability, instructor discretion, health considerations, and compliance with these Studio Policies.
Sorelle Studio reserves the right to refuse service or deny participation when necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing, or experience of our members, guests, and team.

To preserve the calm, welcoming environment of Sorelle Studio, all members and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.
Members are required to:
Remove outdoor shoes before entering studio spaces.
Wear grip socks during all Reformer and Tower Pilates classes. (Socks are available for purchase at the studio)
Silence mobile devices while in the studio.
Wipe down all equipment used and return equipment after use.
Respect instructors, therapists, staff, and fellow members.
Disruptive conduct may result in removal from class or suspension of studio privileges.

At Sorelle Studio, we believe caring for your wellbeing should be simple. That's why all memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis, with no long-term contracts and no enrollment or joining fees.
Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle until cancelled.
Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing at least 30 days' written notice before their next billing date.
Memberships may be upgraded, downgraded, or frozen in accordance with the Membership Agreement.
Memberships are for individual use. Membership benefits may not be shared or transferred, except for guest passes or other benefits specifically included with your membership agreement.
Membership Freezes
Memberships may be frozen for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of two (2) consecutive months.
A $40 monthly freeze fee applies and preserves your membership, current pricing, any applicable Founding Member rates and loyalty benefit rewards.
Freeze requests must be submitted to hello@sorellestudio.co at least 30 days before your next billing date. Memberships will automatically reactivate at the end of the approved freeze period.

Reservations may be made through the Sorelle Studio website, mobile application, or any authorized booking platform designated by Sorelle Studio.
Class schedules are generally released on a rolling basis approximately fourteen (14) days in advance; however, Sorelle Studio reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, class formats, operating hours, and service offerings without prior notice.
Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
A valid payment method may be required to reserve certain services.

When a class reaches capacity, members may join the waitlist.
If a reservation becomes available, members may be automatically enrolled and notified through the booking platform.
By joining a waitlist, members acknowledge that:
They are available to attend the class if automatically enrolled.
Standard cancellation policies apply once enrollment occurs.
It is their responsibility to remove themselves from the waitlist if they are no longer available.
Automatic waitlist enrollment generally closes one (1) hour before class begins.

To ensure fair access to our limited-capacity classes and appointments, all reservations are subject to the following cancellation policies.
Group Pilates Classes
Reservations for all group Pilates classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the following fees, which will be charged to the payment method on file:
Mat Pilates: $40
Reformer & Tower Pilates: $45
For members with monthly class credit memberships, the reserved class credit will be reinstated to your account. Only the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee will be charged.
This policy applies to all memberships, class packages, promotional offers, and drop-in reservations.
Private Pilates Sessions
Private and Duet Pilates sessions require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the scheduled session or, where applicable, the full session fee.
Wellness Treatments
Massage therapy, infrared sauna, and all wellness appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Repeated Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions, suspension, or termination of membership at the sole discretion of Sorelle Studio.

Members and guests are expected to arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes before their scheduled class or appointment.
Late entry may not be permitted once class has commenced.
To preserve instructor attention, member safety, and the overall studio experience, Sorelle Studio reserves the right to deny entry to late arrivals.
Applicable cancellation or no-show fees may still apply.

Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to settle in, complete any outstanding paperwork, and begin your treatment on time. Guests are welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy our lounge, showers, or an infrared sauna session before their appointment.
Health Declaration & Intake
All guests are required to complete a Health Intake Form before their first wellness appointment and to inform their therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, medications, or changes to their health before each visit. Providing accurate information helps us deliver a safe and personalized experience.
Cancellation Policy
All wellness treatments are subject to Sorelle Studio's Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
Wellness Treatment Guidelines

Sauna use requires a liability waver to be completed before use.
Guests using the infrared sauna must follow all posted safety instructions.
Use of the sauna may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant, experiencing illness, have cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, certain neurological conditions, or other medical conditions where heat exposure may present additional risk.
Medical clearance is recommended whenever appropriate.
Guests use the sauna voluntarily and assume all associated risks.

Members and guests are responsible for consulting their physician before beginning any exercise or wellness program if they have medical concerns.
Clients shall promptly disclose any:
injuries
pregnancy
recent surgery
illness
chronic medical condition
medication changes
physical limitations
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the individual's own risk.
Sorelle Studio does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Photography and video recording by members are prohibited during classes, wellness services, and within treatment areas unless expressly authorized by Sorelle Studio.
From time to time, Sorelle Studio may capture photographs or video for promotional purposes in accordance with each member’s or guest signed media consent.

Unless otherwise required by law:
Membership dues are non-refundable.
Class packages are non-refundable.
Service packages are non-refundable.
Promotional purchases are final.
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
All retail merchandise, apparel, accessories, wellness products, and gift items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Unused memberships, appointment credits, or services have no cash value.

Members are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
Sorelle Studio is not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.
Lost property may be retained for a limited period before donation or disposal.

Sorelle Studio is committed to fostering an environment rooted in professionalism, kindness, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
The following conduct is prohibited:
Harassment
Discrimination
Abusive or threatening behavior
Intoxication
Violence
Damage to studio property
Misuse of memberships
Recording others without consent
Conduct that disrupts classes or services
Sorelle Studio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, remove individuals from the premises, suspend or terminate memberships, cancel appointments, or permanently prohibit future access without refund for violations of these policies.

Sorelle Studio shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, cancellation, or failure to perform services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, governmental actions, labor disputes, utility failures, internet outages, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Sorelle Studio reserves the right to amend these Studio Policies at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
