  • Restorative Pilates + Nervous System Support

    A restorative Pilates experience rooted in breath, alignment, mobility, and graceful strength.

    Gentle Strength blends mindful movement, spinal articulation, supported stretching, and deep core integration to create a class that feels grounding, calming, and deeply supportive to the body. Guided by intentional pacing and refined cueing, each movement invites greater awareness, ease, and connection from within.

    Designed to restore both body and nervous system, this class emphasizes mobility, posture, circulation, and functional strength without urgency or strain. Expect a nourishing experience that leaves you feeling longer, lighter, centered, and beautifully at home in your body.

  • SORELLE SIGNATURE MAT + SORELLE SIGNATURE REFORMER + TOWER 

    A thoughtfully layered full-body Pilates class rooted in the classical principles of breath, control, precision, flow, centering, and concentration.

    Sorelle Signature blends the enduring foundations of classical Pilates with contemporary movement and mindful sequencing to create a practice that feels intelligent, fluid, and deeply connected. Utilizing the Reformer and/or Tower, this class strengthens the body evenly through intentional transitions, refined alignment work, breath-led movement, and graceful full-body conditioning while supporting core stability, mobility, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness.

    Classes may incorporate props, light hand weights, and contemporary movement variations while remaining grounded in precision, control, and mindful pacing hallmarks of the SORELLE method.

    Designed as the foundation of the studio’s movement philosophy, Sorelle Signature meets you where you are while continuing to challenge strength, coordination, awareness, and presence over time.

  • Strength-Focused Pilates

    A dynamic Pilates strength class designed to build endurance, stability, and powerful full-body strength through intentional movement and controlled resistance training.

    Grounded in the classical Pilates principles of breath, control, precision, flow, centering, and concentration, Control Strength introduces greater intensity through heavier resistance, strength-based sequencing, longer holds, and muscular endurance work while maintaining the integrity and mindfulness of the SORELLE method.

    Classes incorporate hand weights ranging from 3–10 lbs, heavier spring resistance for strength-focused work, lighter spring settings for balance and stability challenges, and thoughtfully layered progressions designed to deepen both power and body awareness.

    Though more physically demanding, Control Strength remains rooted in mindful pacing, refined cueing, alignment, and graceful movement creating strength that feels balanced, sustainable, and deeply connected to the body.
